Job Summary:

Lenox Advisors is seeking a consultative, advisor-first marketing partner who can translate business goals into clear positioning, practical programs, and high-quality deliverables – balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

As the Manager, Advisor Marketing you will serve as a trusted partner to our financial advisors and build marketing programs that serve to elevate their business. The Advisor Marketing Manager will be expected to ideate new solutions and evolve the Lenox Marketing Department’s advisor support offerings in a scalable way. In addition to direct advisor partnership, this position will collaborate with Sales and Leadership to support enterprise-wide initiatives, special projects, and shared resources that enable advisor team success.

 

Job Accountabilities:

Primary Job Functions

  • Continuously build relationships with sales by gathering advisor feedback, piloting enhancements, and aligning with firm-wide marketing initiatives.
  • Develop messaging, content and other materials to arm advisor teams to be able to bring relevant offerings to clients and prospective clients.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all marketing requests, ensuring each is aligned with business objectives, advisors’ goals, and with the potential to drive measurable impact.

Leadership and Collaboration

  • Serve as a member of the Advisor Marketing leadership team, contributing to departmental strategy, decision-making, and team culture.
  • Standardize the advisor engagement approach across regions and offices.
  • Collaborate across Advisor Marketing and cross-functional partners to deliver seamless program execution.
  • Act as point of contact and work with designers and digital marketing to complete marketing projects.
  • Support Advisor Marketing initiatives including campaign enhancements, intranet oversight, case studies, and toolkit development.
  • Drives teams to adopt best practices, technology, centralized WEG offerings, and to streamline marketing offerings.

Reporting Insights and Accountability

  • Set marketing KPIs in collaboration with leadership including all tracking metrics for marketing activities – from events to creative placements and channel strategies.
  • Deliver actionable insights and report on program performance, ROI, and advisor team outcomes.
  • Use data-driven and iterative approach to further enhance and optimize advisor engagement and marketing tactics.
  • Maintain intranet resources and support updates, ensuring systems stay current and user-friendly.
  • Research and stay informed on ideas within and outside the industry to make recommendations and bring innovative ideas to advisor teams.
  • Solicits requirements from advisor teams for enhanced client experience and growth (technology, content & process).
  • Develop feedback loop for advisors to share input on Private Bank products and materials.
  • Create regular reports based on test results and other ongoing initiatives to share with leadership.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the Marketing team’s processes for improved collaboration and execution.

 

Job Competencies (knowledge, experience, skills & abilities and behaviors/attitudes)

Required Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of wealth management business operations, with expertise in at least two of the following: financial planning, client acquisition, practice management, business operations, or project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Some experience with Salesforce, Canva, Pardot (Account Management), Hearsay (YEXT)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic creative/design understanding

Required Skill / Abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills — with strengths in consulting, pitching, and building trust. Strong relationship building skills.
  • Proven track record of leading foundational marketing work for corporate and advisor marketing, including defining target markets, personas, and unique value propositions.
  • Comfortable with developing clear marketing strategies and recommended channel mixes aligned to firm positioning and growth goals.

Education/Experience/License Requirements:

EXPERIENCE (previous business experience or previous roles within Lenox that compliment this role)

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS (what specific certifications/licenses must an individual attain to perform this role?)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

5–8 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, insurance, or advisory practice marketing.

Nice to have – Series 7, 66 or combo of 63&65

The base salary range for this position is $105,000.00 – $125,000.00. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
