Summary: The Financial Education Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of client financial education initiatives through the Wealthspire at Work program. This position ensures operational excellence through effective communications, data management, client engagement and ongoing program development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and support the implementation and ongoing success of client financial education programs, including workshops, webinars, and personalized sessions.
- Develop promotional materials aligned with client needs and organizational objectives.
- Coordinate logistics for days of education, including scheduling, presentation decks, and participant communication.
- Maintain positive client relationships by ensuring clear, consistent and timely communication.
- Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and data.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Coordinate and lead implementation calls and conduct regular client check-ins.
- Provide timely updates on program engagement and outcomes.
Technology Management:
- Maintain financial education client and program data within the HubSpot platform.
- Create and manage HubSpot landing page for each client.
- Create and manage Microsoft Bookings page for each, including customizations for dates of education.
- Leverage all technology and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency for wellness initiatives.
Additional Duties:
- Support team of Financial Professionals to provide ongoing calendar of events and all necessary information for scheduled appointments.
- Perform other program-related tasks as assigned to support the success of client wellness and education initiatives.

- Effective Communications – Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs. Ability to read and understand details, direction and tasks resulting from written communication from colleagues.
