Summary: The Consultant will support the business development and project management functions on various internal and external projects. This role will work alongside our business and technical teams to design, develop, implement, and support new services and enhancements to existing services..

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day Project Management activities, as assigned. 
  • Attend project team meetings, transcribe, and publish meeting notes as needed and update and manage project plans under direction of senior team members. 
  • Assist in the organization of internal team communication and documentation. Appropriately handle information of a highly confidential and critical nature. 
  • Apply analytical and research skills to produce and/or contribute to reports, presentations, and projects. 
  • Execute project plan and/or objectives under a set of implementation and delivery time constraints. 

 

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:

  • Exceptional analytical skills and problem solving
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize, process, and deliver complex information, both verbally and written, in a clear, concise, and articulate manner. 
  • Well organized with the ability to handle several projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with MS Office products, Including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team with minimal direct supervision. 

 

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field
  • 1-2 years of related industry experience or internship experience is a plus

The base salary range for this position is $74,000 to $124,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
