Senior Coordinator, Marketing & Growth – West
Who We Are:
We are a newly independent wealth management firm, with approximately $500 million in revenue, recently carved out from a larger parent company and acquired by a leading private equity sponsor. With a strong foundation of client relationships, acquisitions, and growth potential, we are in the process of standing up new systems, processes, and controls to support our next phase of expansion. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the tax infrastructure of a high-growth platform from the ground up.
Summary:
Reporting to the SVP, Head of Wealth Marketing, this role will serve as the growth and marketing lead for the West region, helping to execute the full scope of marketing within the region, from strategic direction, event management, budgeting, content creation, data analytics and regular reporting to leadership on results.
They will represent the brand as the main growth and marketing contact for the West Region. They will work with the team to proactively seek and create new business development opportunities and build the firm’s reputation with the purpose of enhancing growth of the Firm. The job responsibilities will evolve as business and marketing needs are defined.
This individual will be responsible for collaborating with key partners on a strategy with determined success metrics, and drive the execution of key growth initiatives including lead generation programs, strategic partnerships, integrated selling programs across NFP business lines and more. Within the West region, they will actively strive to enhance our brand awareness, our public relations efforts, our community relationships and involvement, our thought leadership presence, and our social media reach. They will help create awareness of the firm’s activities, specialties and unique points of view on topics of current interest, while working on other aspects of our marketing programs and positioning.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all marketing and growth initiatives for the West region including regional event coordination, advertising campaigns and digital needs
- Work with leaders across the West market to create appropriate strategies for growth and lead generation
- Use in-depth knowledge of service lines to socialize offerings and appropriate materials across the West advisor population
- Coordinate with marketing team and external vendors to execute various campaigns and fulfill advisor requests
- Serve as a centralized resource for West staff in providing training on marketing functions, strategies, and resources, working with marketing team to curate educational resources
- Work with local office staff to fulfill client communication, gifting, and engagement needs
- Track success of local marketing plans and individual campaigns with support of marketing team in identifying key metrics
- Collaborate with corporate growth and marketing team in identifying unique campaign opportunities and developing materials and messaging appropriate to key audiences
- Work with external vendors to provide client event support across all markets
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or business development, ideally with specific experience as a coordinator on a small team
- Proven experience with project management on strategic growth programs with measurable KPIs
- Track record of creating and maintaining tailored project plans across geographies or target audiences
- Ability to cross-train on various marketing functions including email marketing, social media management, and material design in order to produce comprehensive support to local office teams
- Ability to work across departments to find solutions to individual campaign needs
- Experience with creation of client or stakeholder communications, preferably via email
- Hybrid – 3 days per week in office
What We Offer:
We’re proud to offer a competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, and more. The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $104,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
