Summary:
The Associate, Marketing Operations and Strategy will support the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in executing key initiatives across the marketing function. This entry-level role blends foundational strategic thinking, project coordination, and operational support. It offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to leadership and strategy within a national marketing organization at a growing RIA firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support
Assist in prioritizing marketing initiatives and coordinating resources.
Help prepare presentations, briefings, and talking points for internal meetings and events.
Conduct research on industry trends in marketing and digital strategy to support decision-making.
Project & Program Coordination
Support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives and ensure timelines are met.
Help maintain a marketing roadmap and track dependencies across teams.
Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and reporting progress to leadership.
Operational Support
Help design and improve workflows to enhance team efficiency.
Organize and support leadership meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up.
Facilitate communication across marketing and adjacent departments.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication.
Support the rollout of firm-wide initiatives such as branding campaigns and strategic partnerships.
Represent the marketing team in select meetings and relay updates to the CMO.
Qualifications:
Internship experience or academic experience in marketing, communications, business strategy, or operations.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Analytical mindset with basic comfort using data.
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams.

The base salary range for this position is $64,000 – $72,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
