Job Summary: Provides general office support with a variety of administrative tasks. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the assigned account manager(s), answering incoming calls, assisting clients, data entry, and general correspondence as well as additional duties as directed.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Answers telephone calls, assist caller, transfer calls, etc.
- Going into the office, opening mail, sorting mail
- Scanning, naming and filing mail into appropriate folders within 24 hours
- Naming info emails and faxes and filing into appropriate folders within 24 hours
- Send out daily status email
- FedEx and send outgoing mail
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing and collating.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentation, as needed.
- Prepare staff meeting agenda and meeting notes
- Organize everyone’s daily status on a weekly basis
- Going into the office for extra mailing projects (tax letters, annual client letters, etc.)
- Handle any extra projects as they come up throughout the day

- Confidentiality and a high degree of professionalism
- The ability to make decisions and act in a timely manner when necessary
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Technical Capacity
Education/Experience:
- Associate degree preferred with a minimum of two years of administrative experience.
- Microsoft office professional experience and proficiency and flexibility in using additional software.
- Preferred Bilingual (Spanish), but not required.

The base salary range for this position is $62,000.00 – $92,000.00. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
