Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership & Optimization

  • Oversee firmwide business functions and internal operations processes that support business management, client service delivery, investment operations, compliance, and consulting teams.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to simplify workflows, reduce administrative burdens, and drive efficiency through automation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Establish and maintain key business process documentation, playbooks, and performance metrics.

 

Strategic Execution & Initiative Management

  • Coordinate firmwide strategic initiatives and support business leaders in translating high-level objectives into actionable operational plans.
  • Develop and maintain project management frameworks that track progress, align resources, and ensure on-time execution of key priorities.
  • Support the executive leadership in evaluating and reporting on organizational performance metrics tied to strategic outcomes.
  • Serve as a key partner in M&A activities, including development of integration playbooks, detailed plans, and leadership of cross-functional efforts to unify systems, processes, and teams.

 

Business Planning & Budget Oversight

  • Partner with finance to develop annual operating plans and budgets for business functions, ensuring alignment with firm strategy and capacity needs.
  • Monitor business line financial performance in partnership with senior leadership, surfacing opportunities for cost efficiency or reinvestment.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a connector across departments to ensure strong communication, alignment, and shared ownership of firmwide goals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability by building trust and transparency across business lines and support teams.
  • Support integration efforts for new services, capabilities, or partnerships, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and employees.

 

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead a high-performing team, developing talent through coaching, feedback, and stretch opportunities.
  • Ensure team structure, responsibilities, and capabilities evolve with the needs of the business.
