Summary: We are looking for a Sr. Recruiter to join our team. You should have a customer-focused mentality and a passion for delighting both internal hiring managers and external candidates. You’ll work on a close-knit, high performing team in support of NFP’s recruiting operations with a focus on converting candidates to hires. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a team making a direct impact to the business by recruiting talented Wealth Management, Financial Services, Risk, Insurance Brokerage and Corporate professionals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand requirements of the business, your assigned roles and how they fit into the organization
- Screen resumes and conduct candidate screening interviews and present qualified Candidates to Hiring Managers for further consideration
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Leaders to keep them informed and engaged with the progression of your sourcing and outreach campaigns
- Establish and maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure positive representation of NFP’s employer brand and reputation by educating candidates on the opportunity, NFP’s culture and why NFP is an employer of choice
- Maintain the integrity of all talent management systems (i.e. Candidate Relationship Management System, Applicant Tracking System and other Talent Systems)
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Specialist, Advisor or Consultant in a Recruiting capacity
- Familiarity with HR databases, Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRM), and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience utilizing the latest sourcing tools and methods (Internet search, browser extensions, Social Media, LinkedIn etc.)
- A tenacious drive to win and persistence to push beyond adversity to solve the most challenging talent-focused business problems
- Comfortable working in a remote environment

The base salary range for this position is $60,000.00 – $81,000.00. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
