Summary:
The South Florida Market Growth Leader is responsible for driving revenue growth across all business lines within an assigned geographic market and National Accounts segment. This exciting-high impact role offers a unique opportunity to shape strategic direction, expand market presence, and directly influence the organization’s top-line performance. The leader will collaborate with producers, market leaders, and business line executives to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market expansion.
REVENUE GROWTH:
- Achieve revenue growth within geographic market across all business lines
- Assist producers to identify and close new business opportunities
- Support producers with RFP activity (client specific capabilities presentations)
- Partner with local market leaders to assign team
- Collaborate with business line leaders to finalize pricing for new business
- Partner with National Accounts team for cross sell and growth opportunities
- Partner with business line leaders and Strategic Account Executives to identify cross sell opportunities for Benefits, P&C, Retirement, Executive Benefits utilizing appropriate of Centers of Excellence and specialty practices
- Partner with National Accounts team for cross sell and growth opportunities
- Act as executive sponsor on existing clients when assigned
National Accounts:
- Support regional growth in $250,000+
- In collaboration with Regional Benefits Leader, provide oversight and strategy on client deliverables.
- Support transition of markets to National Accounts Team
- Phase 1: DC Metro, South Florida, New Orleans, Atlanta
- Phase 2: TBD
EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP:
- Collaborate with business line leaders to drive and support Regional and National key initiatives
- Recommend commission alignment
- Provide feedback on team performance and staffing needs
- Partner with sales leader to expand new business pipeline
- Work with National Account Market Leader and key producers on customized National Accounts Service Model and Shared Service needs
MARKET DEVELOPMENT:
- Find potential acquisitions across region
- Identify and recruit key SAE and National Accounts talent
- Mentor account management and sales staff to sell up market
- Identify opportunities to expand market presence
- Attend local and regional networking and marketing events
- Recommend and support local charitable initiatives
- Identify and recruit producer talent
- Oversee assigned carrier relationships
- Manage success of top 20 carrier relationships and maximum bonus potential
Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field
- Proven track record of revenue generation
- 10+ years Employee Benefits Consulting experience; broking and consulting
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills
- Strong organizational Skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

The base salary range for this position is $99,000 – $175,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
