4. Co-Create with Senior Vice President and his team strategic approach to industry meetings.
o Those we are already booked for

o Publications

5. Schedule and complete training sessions on how we communicate the:
? Problem
? Alternatives
? Next Steps
o Begin participating in our existing client meetings.
o Introduction to all key staff members (Sherry & Nancy will facilitate
o Develop communications explaining your role with our staff and practice partners.

Goals / Objectives
? Elevate the Hebets Co. and NFP to the Brand of Choice for: “Non-Profit”
1. Health Care Systems (Medium to Large)
2. Rural Health Care Systems
3. Federally Qualified Health Centers
4. Mental Health Centers

? Establish a “Proposed Plan” for all critical components.
