Summary of Role:

As a pivotal member of our account management team, you will play a critical role in nurturing client relationships, ensuring their utmost satisfaction, and solidifying their loyalty to our brand. In this role, you will manage your own portfolio of clients, taking charge of the day-to-day interactions and becoming their go-to for exceptional service Your responsibility extends beyond mere management; you will be the cornerstone of our promise to deliver top-notch service, working seamlessly across various operational teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • On a granular level, you will manage the renewal and marketing process, prepare materials for presentations and communications in collaboration with their more senior team members, and lead the Open Enrollment process
  • On a holistic level, you will form trusted partnerships with clients that inspire absolute confidence in our solutions, and in our ability to enhance their prosperity
  • Take an active role in client interactions
  • Manage the renewal and marketing process from start to finish, in conjunction with the Account Executives and Advisors
  • Lead Open Enrollment
  • Work proactively to effectively and efficiently deliver services to clients

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:

  • Knowledge of benefits administration, HealthCare Reform, industry trends, carrier products and services
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate client and team needs
  • Effective time management and decision making skills
  • Diligent follow up skills
  • Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Commanding presentation and public speaking abilities

Education and/or Experience:   

  • BA/BS preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ of industry line experience
  • Industry knowledge of benefits administration, Healthcare Reform, and carrier products and services
  • Proven success selling services and working in a consultative role

Certificates, Licenses, Registration:  

  • Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required within 90 days of hire
