About the Role The Business Administration Coordinator supports internal insurance operations for High Net Worth (HNW) personal lines accounts. This role focuses on accurate policy servicing, documentation management, billing coordination, and carrier follow-up. It is strictly an internal operations role with no direct client communication.
Key Responsibilities
Process endorsements, BOR requests, named insured changes, coverage updates, and documentation needs
Manage cancellations and LPRs, including carrier follow-up and refund/billing corrections
Handle billing updates, payment type changes, address changes, and billing discrepancy research
Support property and auto policy servicing: location changes, mortgagee/additional interest updates, vehicle/driver changes, and generating EOIs and ID cards
Maintain inland marine and collections schedules
Ensure EPIC accuracy by resolving download errors, SSR issues, and manual endorsement follow-ups
Pull and organize renewal documents, track flood offers and payments, monitor late invoices or missing declarations, and assist with renewal discrepancies
Recommended Qualifications
Experience working with High Net Worth personal lines accounts
Insurance operations or policy servicing background
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Epic or similar agency management systems
Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and carriers

The base salary range for this position is $32,000 – $54,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
