About the Role:

This is a dual role of providing enrollment support to large revenue Colorado clients for enrollment support and internal support for Account Managers. This role will support the Voluntary Benefits Center of Excellence, formerly Forrester Benefits, by providing employee enrollment support to Colorado clients such as Agape Care Group and Publication Printers.
The role will also provide support to Account Managers with basic administrative and support functions in their day-to-day servicing of clients. The Senior Coordinator will help develop processes and efficiencies of the Account Manager’s roles and responsibilities to help create proactive annual client timelines. The Senior Coordinator role is not a client-facing role.

Sr. Account Coordinator Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the new hire enrollment process for Agape Care Group, Publication Printers, and other designated key clients.
• Contact new hired employees of designated clients and explain their benefits in a thorough manner.
• Enroll the newly hired employees of designated clients according to their elections during the new hire phone call.
• Proficient user of the enrollment portal through NFP Voluntary Benefits Center of Excellence, formerly Foster Benefits Group
• Support Account Managers in creating proficiencies and processes in the annual deadlines needed for clients. Includes but is not limited to; open enrollment communication planning; timely delivery of compliance reporting; peer review process.
• Provide peer review support for Account Managers of open enrollment communication materials such as benefit guides, employee presentations, and NFP Landing Page
• Provide guidance to Account Managers
• Create and maintain client files in accordance with office procedures.
• May have direct contact with vendors for clerical and administrative assistance.
• Assist Account Teams in their preparation for client meetings by reviewing presentations, and analytic reporting for accuracy, consistency in formatting, and operational appropriateness.
• Assists in research of questions regarding process improvement, where applicable.
• Assists with problem resolution, to identify billing and eligibility issues with the Account Manager.
• Participate in training administrative and compliance products and systems

Office Coordinator Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ability for clear verbal and written communications
• Assists VP Employee Benefits of Colorado with various team needs
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
• Effective and refined verbal and written communication
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with clients and team members
• Ability to explain general concepts of employee benefits including, but not limited to medical plans, pharmacy plans, dental plans, vision plans, life insurance, long-term disability, short-term disability, voluntary benefits, and general concepts for employee eligibility, qualifying events, and COBRA rules.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Must be able to share ideas and communicate clearly
• Must be able to work efficiently in a timely manner to meet deadlines
• Meet deadlines, work under pressure, organize, prioritize, manage multiple tasks and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail in work
• Ability to carry out our support complex tasks with many concrete and abstract variables
• Continue to learn and stay updated on industry education, new product knowledge, and legislation, to continuously improve knowledge and performance
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with clients and team members

Education and/or Experience:
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Account Management experience working at a consulting / brokerage or employee benefit vendor
• High School Graduate.
• 4-year college degree or industry-specific designation preferred
• Prior customer service experience is preferred
• High level of computer literacy including working knowledge of Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)

The base salary range for this position in Colorado area is $48,000 – $65,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
